Glenn Costales

Mr. Costales was born and raised in New York. He comes from a family of public service. In 1979 he and his family members relocated to Miami Beach, Florida. He graduated from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Prior to entering real estate, he built a successful career within the Information Technology Industry. He has held positions both within the public and private sectors.
Over the years he has developed a strong passion for developing his ongoing capability to help people with their real estate needs. He has acquired deep connections and knowledge within the South Florida Real Estate Market. In addition, he remains involved in the charitable community and serves as a member of the Miami Beach Kiwanis Club which is dedicated to serving the children of the world.

Glenn enjoys spending time with his three children, grandchild and other family members. He grew up traveling with his family primarily up and down the East Coast of the United States. He enjoys swimming, bicycling, boating and other outdoor activities. In 2011 and 2012 he received the President’s Volunteer Service Award which honors the most outstanding volunteers. He is an active member of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s City of Miami Beach Community Emergency Response Team. He has established a reputation for performing accurate, professional and timely research, analysis and summarization of the key critical aspects of a real estate opportunity in order to accurately determine the level of suitability of the real estate opportunity in the best interest of the client. He is detail oriented and is continuously enhancing his analytical skills.

In May 2021 Glenn became a member of the Andrew Arroyo Real Estate Team. Their mission, organizational culture and historical successes provides Glenn with the solid foundation required to effectively serve the client.
